Founder and Director
Brenda Saveluc is the founder of BlackGold Legal. She’s a straight talking commercial and corporate M&A lawyer with more than a decade of experience working in law. She’s got an accounting degree and is a bit of a finance nerd. Brenda is passionate about blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, and loves working with cool tech clients all over the world.

Jackson Skirka

Jackson is a commercial and corporate lawyer who spends most of his time working with clients in the technology and real estate private equity fields. Jackson comes from a law and commerce background, also having worked in commercial litigation. Jackson works closely with clients to align his expertise with the strategic direction of their business.
